The program offers a variety of benefits, including low down payment options, reduced closing costs, and flexible credit requirements. Hero’s who participate in the program can also take advantage of special financing programs that offer lower interest rates and monthly payments. The Community Hero’s Mortgage Program is available to any Community Hero who meets the eligibility requirements. To be eligible, Hero’s must be employed by a government or non-profit organization that provides emergency services or teach school. In addition, Hero’s must be able to provide a 2 year job history or recent diploma from School and have a good credit history. The Community Hero’s Mortgage Program offers several benefits to help Hero’s purchase homes. One of the most important benefits is the available low-down payment options. Community Hero’s can put as little as 1% down on a home, making purchasing a home more affordable.”

Another benefit of the Community Hero’s Mortgage Program is the reduced closing costs. Hero’s in the program can receive up to $750 in closing cost assistance. This can help Hero’s save money on the purchase of their homes.

The Community Hero’s Mortgage Program also offers flexible credit requirements. Community Hero’s with good credit histories can qualify for loans with lower interest rates and monthly payments. This can help Hero’s save money on their mortgage payments each month.
