Salisbury, MD (November 4, 2020) – McCrone welcomes Ryan Conway as Design Engineer in the Salisbury, Maryland office. His drive to continue learning and leadership potential are a great match for our team and he will manage a variety of projects including stormwater management, sediment control and grading.
Conway joins McCrone from Vista Design, Inc. where he worked as a Civil Project Engineer. At Vista Design, Inc. he managed and created plans for a variety of environmentally sustainable construction projects, including stormwater management, sediment control, grading, and a host of others. “Ryan exhibits the ambition, leadership, and experience we look for at McCrone,” commented Robert S. Kane, Branch Manager of McCrone. “We are excited to welcome Ryan to the team and look forward to the skills he will bring to our team of engineers.”
Conway has over seven years of experience in the industry coupled with a strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, specifications, and standards. Conway holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology as well as the title of Certified Construction Reviewer in the state of Delaware. He will work closely with private and municipal clients to design their projects and see them through the approval and construction process.
